[imageid=8317240 medium rep]▪️ Falling is a new release shipping now from Capstone Games. From designer Kentaro Yazawa (矢沢 賢太郎) (Master of Respect), this is a big 90-120 minute game for 1-4 players. My understanding is that there is now an updated rulebook found here: FALLING Rulebook – Capstone EN – v1.1.
From the capstone Website:
Players are explorers with a desire to increase income and gain victory points by placing devices in the falling tower. By choosing one of 12 unique companions, you can enjoy a different feeling of play every time. By climbing up the floors, you can place devices in better locations. Earn income from the devices you place, but at the end of the round, the tower will fall, and each floor will descend. The devices that descend and are removed from the board will be collected on your personal board, bringing you large income. Can you become the best explorer?

From BGG:
Layering a foreground card on a background card blends their colors. Depending on which cards you layer together, you’ll also craft unique goals that score your prints’ colors or illustration types.
Select and combine a foreground and background card from your hand and add them to your 3×3 tableau. Then pass the remaining cards to the player on your left, and draw a foreground and background card. Once all players have completed their tableau, the game ends. The player with the most points wins!
